This website presents some of our range, giving you a flavour of what it is that makes a Heritage.
What we have to offer, and something that we are very proud of, is the fact that we can create the home of your dreams. A home is a major investment, and we believe that as such, you should have the freedom to choose what you want your living environment to be and how you want your space to look.
Freedom to choose from such simple things as the type of curtain fabric, Italian wallpaper, Spanish Tiles, through to more fundamental considerations such as accommodating your home for disability access, or purely to take advantage of a spectacular view. Within reason, there is nothing we will not undertake. There are some basic principals we need to follow, but our expertise in construction and our ability to adapt means that we are prepared to accept any challenge. Heritage are in a fairly unique place in the market, which means we are able to offer more choice to our customers. This comes with the choice we offer not only of the aesthetic, but also of the principal.
As a company, Heritage are concerned about the effects that we have on the environment as well as the positive impact that we could have if we all start to shift our thinking slightly. We are continually looking to more environmentally friendly, energy efficient ways in which we can build our homes, not only to improve the impact of the manufacturing process on the environment, but also to improve the efficiency and impact of the home for the customer.
While the majority of our homes are currently built using traditional materials, we can also offer alternatives such as sheep wool insulation, triple glazing, condensing boilers, energy efficient appliances and solar panels to name a few. To get an idea of how this technology is packaged, the Heritage Serenity was launched in September 2007, incorporating all of these features and more.
