Home Demonstration

To ensure you’re fully informed about your new home, our construction team will invite you to a home demonstration before your move-in date. This session will provide you with a thorough walkthrough of your property, demonstrating how everything works and allowing you to ask any questions about the practical aspects of your new home.

Warranty for Your Peace of Mind

Your new home comes with the reassurance of an LABC 10-Year Buildmark Warranty. The full details of this coverage are provided in your Home User Guide.
